Way toooo small. Trying to return, postage cost more than the slides. Agreed to an exchange haven’t heard a word. Frustrating.
Great Pball shoes, I’ve purchased at least 10 pair over last few yrs.
Shoe quality is good and sizing is true but shoes caused skin breakdown on both great toes. I am concerned no one answers their phone, no one calls back after several messages left, no one has answered several emails and no one has responded to my direct website contact form. I have not gotten a reply for return and refund. This lack of customer service is concerning. I will be contacting my credit card company next week if I get no reply. I will update this feedback if I get resolution.
I ordered a pair of shoes size 10. All my previous shoes from you were size 10. These were too big. Ordered 9.5. I got on your site on contact us and asked how do I return first pair. Crickets. Sad to see. Still waiting for a response.
