When I mail order shoes, I really expect sizing of those shoes to be consistent. Otherwise, doing returns, etc., is such a hassle.
Originally, I ordered Tyler signature shoes, thinking they were a step up from the Pro Shots I’ve played in and enjoyed the last year. However, upon receiving the shoes, sizing was way too tight. I appreciated the customer service I received to return them, but it was still a hassle. This week, I received replacement clear shot and pro shot shoes. The clear shots feel great, but the same size pro shots I’ve worn for the last year, feel very tight with the new shoes. Before I return them, I’ll give them a try to loosen up, but so far I’m not satisfied. Inconsistent sizing might prevent me from being a returning customer even though you have done well with the customer service.
They are wide where they need to be, lightweight & affordable
These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They are well constructed and look sporty. I want all the colors!

This particular shoe was just too stiff and uncomfortably, especially for the ball of my foot. What was more aggravating was the fact for my return I had to pay $25 and change to send back. Fortunately I had ordered a second pair of ones that do work as a backup. To have to pay to send back,I’ll never order again from this company. Your return service sucks.
