Love your shoes!!! However, the 2nd pair I bought, I totally ordered the wrong size. What do I need to do to exchange them?
I purchased the GRIP-INATOR II not for ice sport, but for painting a standing seam metal roof. I was feeling insecure in my work shoes, these are definitely grippy, and surprisingly comfy. Its like walking on carpet!! I was concerned about size as I am an 8.5 I ordered size 8 and they fit perfect, even with orthotic inners added. I am finding little bits of the sole are slowly breaking off, that is not unexpected as I am not using them for the intended purpose. I doubt they will last a long time on a roof at is a touch environment, hot and steep, but that is OK as I feel very secure in them. Definitely recommend.
I found the shoes to look comfortable and certainly have possibilities but since size 12.5 is not offered it was recommended by your customer service to but a size 13 which turned out to be too big and my foot slid and I jammed my toe when I had to stop quickly. Size 12 is too small and 13 is too big. Just because this is a larger size does not mean people who take a 12.5 can use a 13! Other quality shoe makers often offer 12.5 and you should too.
My shoes were mis-delivered by post office and I spent a month trying to track them down myself. When I finally called Acacia sports to see what my options were the customer service representative was very understanding and helpful. They dealt with the post office tracking issues and mis delivery and got me my replacement shoes in a timely manner. I should have asked for help sooner.
Shoes are quality made and love the wide toe box which is very difficult to find for a women. Thank you
